I offer comprehensive, holistic support for birthing women throughout pregnancy and into motherhood.
My approach combines expert knowledge in nutrition, baby care, lactation, and fertility support, with the wisdom of Ayurveda, energy healing, and spiritual guidance, along with lived experience as a Mother of 4. I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit to create a harmonious experience for both mother and child. Together, we will embrace this transformative time with time love and care, and honor the Sacredness of Birth.
Whether you're thinking of birthing at home, a birthing center, hospital, medicated or natural, water birth or C-section- there is so much to consider when making these decisions. There are so many options today and it can be overwhelming; I'm here to make it all less intimidating.
Your autonomy and control during birth are paramount to me. I'll make sure you're well-informed about typical hospital procedures and interventions, empowering you to navigate choices and confidently consent—or decline—anything that doesn't align with your wishes. While we are vulnerable humans who sometimes do require extra help and assistance while birthing, it is most important that you have an in depth understanding of these practices so you can make an informed decision. Your CONSENT is not an OPTION, but a MUST.

As a mother of 4 and having attended over 20 births, I am convinced that DOULAS are NECESSARY and PIVOTAL in having a positive birth experience overall. I love working with soon to be and new moms because it is sacred work and often overlooked by society.
