My greatest pleasure is serving women after birth. My PP care is designed to help you come back into your body gently and with intention. It is my belief and scientific fact that women need REST for several weeks after birthing. I will pamper you with  massage, delicious, nourishing foods, serious self care rituals complete with handmade goodies, and of course baby care and breastfeeding support during our time together.

I also understand the importance of sibling bonding. My sibling support services aim to involve older and younger siblings in the new family dynamics. This is included in my visits if there are siblings in the home.

Sparkle package

$600

The Sparkle package is for Mamas who are birthing in a hospital setting only, and only desire personal care and support during labor and delivery.

Birth plan creation assistance,  1 bonding date, local resource guide,

2 Pre-Natal appointments at 35/37 weeks, full labor and delivery support.

1 Postpartum visit or Zoom meeting.

Overnights (Night Nanny)

$27/hr ,  5 or more nights $25/hr

My night Nanny visits include spa time for baby, soothing bath and warm oiled massage to help baby relax and sleep, night time feedings and changes, as well as light housework if needed. I will be awake while there, only resting during the baby's sleep periods, remaining readily available when they wake.

Daytime Visit

$25/hr ,  5 or more days $23/hr

During the day visit I can help with light household chores such as laundry or dishes, feedings and changes, as well as cooking if needed.

Plant Based meal Prep&Delivery

$44 per meal 

I will personally create delicious meals for you using all organic, whole, nutrient dense foods to aid in heading your body from within and nourish your soul.  I will provide a menu for you to choose from. Portions are large with enough for leftovers for 1-2 days, and also come with organic fruit. for desert ;)

*Plant-based means a focus on foods from the earth; chicken breast or fish can be added for a small fee.

* Bonding dates can be anything from lunch at your favorite spot or craving atm, baby shower planning or attendance/help, pre-natal yoga class, belly henna, or attendancing a childbirth class together.  It's just great to get together and have some fun and get to know each other ! ;)
